It is from the 6th edition, not the 7th. The discrepancies are confusing and I suggest correcting this. I start classes online thursday and I have a sample paper due this weekend for my orientation credit. Please update this sample document! The instructions merely say it requires a cover page and a Works Cited page; nothing about outline pages. The in-text citations are correct, but the Works Cited page is completely wrong.
